The Township will accept SEALED TENDERS clearly marked as to its contents and addressed to Thomas McCarthy, Public Works Superintendent, Township of Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh, 82133 Council Line, R.R.5 Goderich, ON, N7A 3Y2 until:

2:00:59 p.m. (local time), Wednesday, May 22, 2024

The work includes the following:

•    Roadway urbanization and storm sewer installation on Ashfield Street between Wellington Street and London Road including:
•    5,400 m3 of earth excavation
•    2,100 tonnes of Granular A
•    5,700 tonnes of Granular B
•    1,020 tonnes of Asphalt
•    920 linear metres of concrete curb and gutter
•    670 linear metres of storm sewer (200 mm to 600 mm)

Digital plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained by registering as a Plan Taker with the office of the undersigned. Hard copy available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $50.00, which includes all taxes, payable to B. M. Ross and Associates Limited starting May 1, 2024. 

Each tender must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of $50,000.

Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
