BMROSS employs summer and co-op students every year. In 2003, BMROSS established a scholarship to help local students who are pursuing a career in engineering. This award is given annually, to a student from each of Goderich District, F.E. Madill, Central Huron, St. Anne's, and South Huron District, enrolled in an engineering or related program at an accredited Canadian university.

This office is located in the picturesque agricultural setting of Mount Forest, Ontario. It is a thriving community with clean air, beautiful trees and breathtaking scenery, with an abundance of recreational opportunities, busy downtown shopping core, and active service clubs and local events.
Sarnia, Ontario
Located in the lakeside area of Brights Grove, Ontario, the Sarnia office is well positioned to service communities in Lambton and Middlesex Counties as well as Chatham-Kent. Sarnia offers a wide range of amenities, a strong industrial employment base, beautiful parks and recreational opportunities along Lake Huron and the St. Clair River, shopping, theatre and sports venues.
