Dale is the President of BMROSS and the leader of both the Outside and Inside Service Groups.
Dale has 25 years of diverse experience in acting for municipalities on a wide range of infrastructure projects that include the following:
- General Municipal Engineering and Road Construction
- Water and Wastewater
- Bridge Hydrology/Hydraulics and Stormwater Management
- River, Lake, Ravine Bank Remediation
- Shoreline Protection
Raised in Huron County, Dale knows the communities we work in and understands the challenges that our local municipalities face on a daily basis. For this reason and given his varied engineering experience, he is often called upon to manage a variety of project types.
His design experience helps during the process to transform a project from initial concept through preliminary and detailed design, approvals, costing, preparation of tender documents and finally, construction.
Dale has the desire and motivation to see each job completed successfully. He does this through a personal consultative approach, combined with experience and common-sense.
