Steve is the leader of the Municipal group. He has over 25 years of experience in the private and public sectors.
Steve’s primary area of practice is to act as “municipal engineer” for many of BMROSS’s municipal clients. He provides advice with respect to official plan and zoning concerns, and development review services. He assists in the development of servicing and technical standards. He also provides support for bridge hydraulics assessments, floodplain mapping, and shore protection projects.
As a longtime resident of Huron County, Steve understands the unique challenges and opportunities faced by the local communities we work in. He is proud of his rural roots and enjoys small-town life with his wife and two children.
Outside of work, you will often find time running, hiking, and cycling on the local trails. He is actively involved in the annual Terry Fox Run.
