Sealed tenders addressed to Mike Fair, Township of Huron-Kinloss, 21 Queen Street, Ripley, ON N0G 2R0, will be received until:
1:30 p.m., Wednesday April 22, 2026
The work includes:
• Construction of a storage room at the rear of the Ripley arena and associated work.
• Site work includes installation of water service, new catch basin and storm sewer, concrete pad and miscellaneous site restoration work
• Building to be constructed with combination of concrete foundations and floor slab, masonry block, structural steel railing and hoist beam, wood framing for walls and roofing system, steel roofing and veneer and other miscellaneous structural components.
• Installation of overhead and man doors within the addition.
• Design and installation of electrical components to operate the overhead door, lights and receptacles.
as well as other work incidental thereto.
Digital plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained by registering as a Plan Taker with the office of the undersigned. Each tender must be accompanied by either a bid bond in the amount of $15,000.00 or a certified cheque to be held in lieu of bonding until the completion of the project.
Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
