The work includes approximately:

•    5225 m3 of earth excavation
•    3315 tonnes of Granular A
•    5450 tonnes of Granular B
•    1215 tonnes of Hot Mix Asphalt in 2026
•    350 tonnes of Hot Mix Asphalt in 2027
•    760 m2 of concrete sidewalk
•    870 linear metres of concrete curbs
•    130 linear metres of 300 to 1650 mm diameter storm sewers
•    366 linear metres of 200 to 375 mm diameter sanitary sewers
•    345 linear metres of 150 mm diameter watermain

as well as other work incidental thereto.

Digital plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained by registering as a Plan Taker with the office of the undersigned. 

A digital bid bond in the amount of $125,000 must accompany each bid.  

Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
