BMROSS was the project manager, lead designer and contract administrator for the Queen Street and Tiverton Streetscape Project in Kincardine. The project team consisted of the Municipality, a landscape architect, an electrical engineering sub-consultant, and ourselves.

On Queen Street, the scope of work included the replacement of all concrete sidewalks with unit pavers, replacement of light standards with decorative poles and fixtures, traffic signal replacement, tree plantings, and landscaping amenities such as creative Scottish themed, tartan banding, unit paver designs, banner poles representing the drones from bagpipes, a four sided clock tower and planting beds.

In Tiverton, the scope of work included the installation of unit paver sidewalks, the installation of decorative street lighting poles and fixtures, plantings and the creation of a parkette complete with seating and a clock tower.
