Property Drainage Survey
The following survey has been prepared to gather information from residents on existing water and sewage servicing, future growth interests and drainage issues affecting the Community of Port Albert. This questionnaire is being completed in conjunction with a Servicing Master Plan Study for the Port Albert settlement area and will include established residential areas as well as future development lands west of London Road, north of South Street and south of Russell Street.
This survey information will be used to assist with the review of existing servicing and to help identify immediate and future needs for this area. The data will assist in the development of a prioritized servicing strategy.
In accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, personal information is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act and will only be used as it relates to the study being conducted. Please complete by June 29, 2018.
