Sealed tenders addressed to Thomas McCarthy, Public Works Superintendent, Township of Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh, R.R.5, 82133 Council Line, Goderich, ON N7A 3Y2, will be received until:
12:00:59 p.m., Monday, September 28, 2026
for the construction of wood stairs (Option 1) or steel stairs (Option 2) at Ashfield Park for beach access. The work will include:
• Helical pile foundations
• Stairs, landings, railings
• Associated site restoration work
as well as other work incidental thereto.
Digital plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained by registering as a Plan Taker with the office of the undersigned.
A certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the Tendered Price must accompany each bid.
Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
