PROJECT NO. 16318, CONTRACT NO. 2

Sealed tenders addressed to Shawn Bromley, Director of Public Works, Municipality of Huron East, 72 Main Street South, Box 610, Seaforth, ON   N0K 1W0 will be received until:

2:00:59 p.m. (Local Time), Tuesday, November 10, 2026

The work includes but is not limited to the following:
•    Mobilization/demobilization of construction facilities, materials, equipment, plant and personnel necessary to perform the work.
•    Site work including earth excavation and fill and compaction.
•    Demolition of the existing Inlet Works building.
•    Construction of a new Headworks building.
•    Construction of a new Filter/Blower/UV building.
•    Construction of concrete structures.
•    Supply and installation of specified piping, valves, pressure tanks, appurtenances, chemical systems, etc.
•    Supply and installation of forcemain and yard piping.
•    Supply and installation of Motor Control Centre(s), Variable Frequency Drive(s), Programmable Logic Controller(s), Standby Diesel Generator and electrical duct banks, etc.
•    Supply and installation of monitoring and control systems.
•    Removal and disposal of specified existing equipment.
•    Associated structural, mechanical, electrical, control and site work.
•    Plant start-up and commissioning.
as well as other work incidental thereto.

Digital plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained from the office of the undersigned.

Each tender must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount of $750,000.

Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
