GRAND BEND MARINA FUEL TANK REPLACEMENT

SEALED TENDERS addressed to Ashley Farr, Director of Community Services, Municipality of Lambton Shores, 9577 Port Franks Road, RR1 Thedford, ON, N0M 2N0, will be received until: 11:00:59 a.m. (Local Time), Wednesday, March 4, 2026
The work includes approximately:
• Removal and disposal of two (2) existing buried steel gasoline and diesel fuel storage tanks (25,000 litres and 4,500 litres, respectively)
• Installation of one (1) 20,000 litre steel double wall partitioned gasoline and diesel fuel above-grade storage tank
• Installation of three (3) fuel dispensers with five (5) electric rewind hose reels and accessories
• Installation of reinforced concrete pads for the proposed above-grade storage tank and fuel dispensers
• Installation of electrical and fuel piping for new pump dispensers and the system
• Restoration of site following completion of work
as well as other work incidental thereto.
Digital plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained by registering as a plan taker with the office of the undersigned, after Feb. 11/26.
A bid bond in the amount of $50,000 must accompany each bid.
