Sealed tenders addressed to the Alex Williams, Infrastructure Manager, Municipality of Lambton Shores, 9577 Port Franks Road, Thedford, On, N0M 2N0, will be received until:
2:00:59 p.m. (local time), Thursday, January 15, 2026
The work includes approximately:
• 1350 tonnes of Granular A (fine grading and shoulder gravel)
• 810 tonnes of hot mix asphalt HL-3
• 1015 tonnes of hot mix asphalt HL-4
• 2 linear metres of 50 mm diameter watermain, restoration included
• 17 linear metres of 150 mm diameter watermain, restoration included
• 543 linear metres of 200 mm diameter watermain, restoration included
as well as other work incidental thereto.
Digital plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained by registering as a plan taker with the office of the undersigned after December 9, 2025. A hard copy is available upon request and payment of a non-refundable fee of $40.00, payable to B. M. Ross and Associates. This fee includes all taxes. A bid bond in the amount of $50,000 must accompany each bid.
