The following survey has been prepared to gather information from existing residents on drainage and stormwater management issues affecting the Village of Hensall. This questionnaire is being completed in conjunction with a Stormwater Servicing Master Plan Study for the Hensall settlement area and will include established residential areas as well as future development lands in the south and east quadrants. In accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, personal information is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act and will only be used for the purpose of data collection. Please complete by December 31, 2015.
