The following survey has been prepared to gather information from residents on future growth potential and drainage issues affecting the southeast service area in the Town of Petrolia. This questionnaire is being completed in conjunction with a Stormwater Servicing Master Plan Study for the southeast Petrolia service area and will include established residential areas as well as future development lands located in the southeast of the community.

In accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, personal information is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act and will only be used for the purpose of data collection. Please complete by October 12, 2018.
