SEALED TENDERS clearly marked with Tender for Contract No. RFT 2025-020, Attention: Tammy Stevenson, will be received at the Township Office, 7490 Sideroad 7W, Kenilworth, Ontario, N0G 2E0, until:
2:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, June 18, 2025
for the rehabilitation of approximately 1.1km of Main Street, from Queen Street (Hwy. 89) to Sligo Road (Wellington Road 6), Mount Forest, in the Township of Wellington North. The contract involves milling and resurfacing the existing asphalt, a pedestrian crossover at King Street, concrete curb and sidewalk repairs, upgrading sidewalk curb ramps to AODA standards, some sewer, watermain, and service replacements, line painting, and upgrading of two traffic signal control systems with pre-purchased equipment.

Lowest bid not necessarily accepted, and award of the work is dependent on Council approval as per the Township’s Procurement Policy F03.
