Sealed tenders addressed to the Dave Kester, Manager of Public Works Municipality of Bluewater, 14 Mill Avenue, Zurich, ON, N0M 2T0, will be received until:
2:00:59 p.m. (Local Time), Wednesday, October 30, 2024
The work includes approximately:
• Mobilization/demobilization of construction facilities, materials, equipment, plant and personnel necessary to perform the work.
• Site work including earth excavation and fill and compaction and lagoon berm construction.
• Drilling and installation of an onsite well.
• Modifications to the existing Control Building #1.
• Construction of a new Control Building #2 (15.0 m x 25.0 m).
• Construction of concrete structures.
• Procurement and installation of pre-selected equipment:
o Screening equipment supplied by env Treatment Systems Inc.
o Pumps supplied by Sulzer Pumps Canada Inc.
o Sequencing batch reactor system supplied by Napier Reid Ltd.
o Air blowers and UV disinfection system supplied by H2Flow Equipment Inc.
o Cloth media filters supplied by ACG-Envirocan.
o Standby diesel generator set supplied by Sommers Motor Generator Sales Ltd.
• Supply and installation of specified piping, valves, pressure tanks, appurtenances, etc.
• Supply and installation of yard piping.
• Supply and installation of Motor Control Centre(s), Variable Frequency Drive(s), electrical ductbanks, etc.
• Supply and installation of monitoring and control systems.
• Removal and disposal of specified existing equipment.
• Associated structural, mechanical, electrical, control and site works.
• Plant start-up and commissioning.
as well as other work incidental thereto.
Digital plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained by registering as a plan taker with the office of the undersigned.
A certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of $500,000 must accompany each bid.
